Wolf's Rain

In some remote future, it's common knowledge that most wolves have been extinct for 200 decades. It appears that this is false as wolves haven't disappeared but rather took human shape. A lonewolf, kiba, sneaked into a city, looking to sniff out the Lunar Flowers that should lead whoever follows the scent. The origin of the smell is Cheza, a girl who participates in what is apparently suspended animation in a lab. The wolves and she have been interested in each other, and Kiba expects to find heaven once he locates that the origin of the scent of Lunar Flowers. Once Kiba finds out Cheza, a mysterious man named Darcia kidnaps her, along with his hunt begins afresh. He meets with with 3 other wolves, Tsume, Hige and Toboe before he leaves the town. All four wolves have completely different personalities and thoughts, and their friendliness towards each other is somewhat rough round the edges. However, they soon band together to keep to search for heaven.
