What a Cartoon! Is. The job contains 82 short animations, designed to return creative capability by recreating. Each of 71 short animations represented the arrangement of a theatrical animation, together with each film being based on a unique storyboard drawn and written by its own artist or creator. The shorts out of the project aired on February 20, 1995, and were promoted as World Premiere Toons. During the run of this shorts that the series had been retitled as The What a Cartoon! Show before the final short aired. The job served as the launching point for several successful Cartoon Network series, including Dexter's Laboratory, Johnny Bravo, Cow and Chicken, The Powerpuff Girls, Courage the Cowardly Dog, Mike, Lu & Og, Anything Happened to... Robot Jones? , Codename: Kids Next Door and The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy in Addition to a precursor to Fox's Family Guy. The series is more influential for birthing a ton of initial Cartoon Network hits and helping revive television animation in the 1990s. Once it had a couple show, those became the Cartoon Cartoons.
