Killing Goods are weapons passed from generation to generation inside the groups of their own owners. They're cursed to compel their owners to repeat the initial murders. The curse leaves them fantastic. Kiri Haimura may be the present owner of a set of shears which may cut anything, although hair. 1 day he meets Iwai Mushanokoji, a girl of whom he has just heard rumors that her hair cannot be cut, a girl who is able to grant one wish, any wish, but just to the man who murders her. Every morning he blows off every night, her hair, which grows back. And every day he helps protect her from those who understand about her curse and who need a wish granted.
