The Restless Gun

The Restless Gun is a American television Show Which Emerged on NBC between 1959 and 1957, Together with John Payne at the Use of Vint Bonner, a wandering cowboy at the era after the American Civil War. A gunfighter is a idealistic person who favors peaceful resolutions of conflict wherever possible. He is gregarious, intelligent, and public spirited. The half-hour black-and-white program aired episodes. Jeanne Bates appeared in roles with Payne in five incidents of The Restless Gun. The Restless Gun theme song begins:"I ride with the wind, my eyes on sunlight, and my hands in my anxious gun..." The song composer is most likely Paul Dunlap, imputed as the most important string composer, but could have been given to by either of the 2 additional string composers,'' Dave Kahn and Stanley Wilson, too. Two versions are posted on YouTube, however neither lists some operation or composer credits.
