The Munsters

The Munsters is an American television sitcom depicting your home life of a category of monsters that are benign. It stars Fred Gwynne as Herman Munster and Yvonne De Carlo Lily Munster, as his wife. The series was a satire of the monster movies and the healthy family fare of the age, and has been made by the creators of Leave it to Beaver. It conducted with The Addams Family. The series original aired in September 24, 1964 to May 1-2, 1966. 70 episodes were produced. It was broadcast per week on BBC1 in the UK. After ratings fell to some low due to this premiere of ABC's Batman, that was in color This was canceled. Though ratings were low throughout its initial series, The Munsters found a huge crowd. This prevalence justified including several pictures, a series, in addition to one having a release. On October 26, 2012, NBC introduced a modern reimagining of The Munsters called Mockingbird Lane.
