The Life and Adventures of Nicholas Nickleby

Young Nicholas Nickleby sets out to create his luck from depending upon his uncle to be able to prevent his sister and mother. But he finds out his job as master at a Yorkshire school to become unkind, and runs away with one of the students. Kate is exposed to the attentions of Sir Mulberry Hawk.
