The Courtship of Eddie's Father is a American television sitcom based in the 1963 movie of the same name, which had been founded on the publication. It tells the story of a widower, Tom Corbett, who's his own son, along with a magazine writer, Eddie, that thinks his daddy should wed, and manipulates situations surrounding the women his dad is curious . ABC had acquired the rights to the narrative. The series was broadcast on March 1, 1972, and debuted on September 17, 1969. Bixby received an Emmy nomination for its show.
