The Aquabats! Super Show!

The Aquabats! Super Show! Is an American television show which premiered on March 3, 2012 on the United States cable system The Hub. The show was created by Christian Jacobs and Scott Schultz the creators of this Nick Jr. series Yo Gabba Gabba! , and Jason deVilliers. Predicated on the mythology of this Aquabats, a reallife humor rock group which show co-creator and guide singer Jacobs formed in 1994, The Aquabats! Super Show! Follows the adventures of a version of the group, a group of superheroes, as they defend the world from various villains and creatures. Styled much like the campy aesthetics of 1970s and 1960s Japanese tokusatsu and children's television, Super Show! Various mediums of visual styles and effects , mixing and musical interludes and storylines that are live action together. The series' first season finished on June 16, 2012 after having a streak of 13 episodes, having fulfilled a favorable critical reception, always high evaluations for its channel and also a Daytime Emmy nomination. The series' second season started broadcasting on June 1, 2013 for a span of five episodes. Via Twitter, celebrity and composer Chad Larson supported on August 22 that three more episodes have been ordered for its second season.
