Sailor Suit and Machine Gun

High school student Ho Shi Izumi loses her daddy suddenly. Sakuma, the waka gashira of a weak and small Yakuza gang in Asakusa - that the Medaka Gumi - pays Izumi a call. The departure of their prior kumicho (Boss) puts Medaka Gumi on the verge of a fracture. For that reason, Sakuma begs the only left that is distant of the boss, Izumi, to triumph to this kumicho position. Surprise takes izumi and keeps denying in the beginning.
