High school senior Heita Fukai doesn't understand what to do with his life. Having been ill until recently, he'd had the chance to think about his future. He contributes a mundane existence among his classmates, all of whom are struggling with their particular problems. There is the guy with, the boy who can't afford the tuition, the girl with bulimia and the kid that is pathologically shy. The teachers don't fare much better. The school is just actually a microcosm of the modern society that is troubled. One afternoon Fukai stumbles across a mysterious and attractive new girl in school is a robot. Inspired for her mentor and also told to keep her real identity a mystery, Fukai attempts to teach q-10 about human feelings. From the method, he becomes aware of their emotional cosmetics. Fukai realizes he can be falling in love, also he is learning from an android.
