Pippi Longstocking

Pippi Longstocking is a Canadian tv series, based on a set of children's novels written and brought by Astrid Lindgren. The tv series was produced by Taurus Film and the Canadian company Nelvana Limited, and aired for one season on Teletoon starting the afternoon the station launched, October 17, 1997, and HBO, Channel 4, Nickelodeon UK, POP and Pop Girl, together with 26 half-hour episodes produced. The show is run on YTV in Canada and qubo. Writer for the series and the Story Editor had been Ken Sobol. Several episodes were also written by his son John Sobol.
