Nathalie Lapointe is having a career as columnist at a newspaper one mother of three, in her early forties. Just as she is beginning to think she might have the ability to pay for attention she receives terrible news: the cancer from which she recovered a couple of years before is straight back. Just how do she break the news to your own or her kids? With these hanging over how does your family plan for the future? Despite the jolt, the life goes on. Nathalie should deal with evolving circumstances at the newspaper as well as at home. She wonders if she can allow herself to love her daughters' college chief. As for her kids, they must deal with their own teenage life challenges, all the while knowing that their mother will soon have gone. Neighbor and nathalie's best friend is very hard-hit by the headlines: she is suffering from the lack of her child, who is over seas and by her partner's infidelity. Nathalie's misfortune includes a potent influence on her three siblings. They need to reevaluate their priorities at a time when all three are confronting decisions within their emotional and professional lives.
