MTV Roadies

MTV Roadies is really just a reality tv series on MTV India. The applicants are first asked to fill out a shape and attend a Group Discussion (GD). The shape is made up of basic questions regarding the candidate and contains some questions such as"Why does one want to be a Roadie?" And"What may be the best regret of your life" etc.. Moderators watch the applicants within this GD's operation and after that some individuals who are called about the very next day to your own Personal Interview round are shortlisted by them. This personal interview happens with several of the VJ's. And try to bring the real nature of the participant and These interviews are known to be intense. These interviews frequently have language that is abusive and applicants who have whined on the form aren't liked by the interviewers. The interviewers worry on not lying in the form and revealing that who they are, rather than portraying a fictitious personality before those.
