Little Meg the Witch Girl

Majokko Megu-chan is a magical girl anime collection. The manga was made by Tomo Inoue and Akio Narita, as the 72-episode anime series was produced by Toei Animation between 1975 and 1974. This series is known as a significant forerunner of today's magical girl genre, since the series' characterization and structure exerts influence on shows in the genre. Most importantly, several of the recurring themes of those show were recycled in Wedding Peach, AIC's Pretty Sammy, and Toei's Sailor Moon.
