Jupiter Moon
Jupiter Moon has been a science fiction tv series broadcast from British Satellite Broadcasting's Galaxy Channel March 1990 until December the same year. 150 episodes were commissioned, but BSB broadcast merely the initial 108. It was designed to fulfill the perceived dependence on a soap opera in the lineup of BSB and, as it had been shown three times a week. The series was curtailed owing to this merger between BSB and Sky Television plc and the next replica of this Galaxy Channel, although the episodes were finally shown over the Sci Fi Channel between 19 and 22 January in the UK February 1996. The soap was screened on the very own Galaxy channel of BSB GBC TV ahead of its own premiere. The soap was first seen in the British Overseas Territory every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday in 730pm, having obtained the slot inhabited by Eastenders which was overly expensive for GBC television.
