House Arrest

The current mayor of the city of Sineozersk, Arkady Anikeev, is captured catching bribes. By court decision, he is under house arrest at the place of enrollment. His wife split up with him, who possessed all his possessions. Once in a flat, Ivan Samsonov, with whom he lived in a apartment as a young child is confronted by Anikeev. Leaving aside the gaps, Anikeev makes the decision to simply help Samsonov become Sineozyorsk's newest mayor.
