Honey Girls

The summer of 1986 begins on a promising note for Erfurt sisters Catrin and Maja Streesemann -- they have finally received a travel permit for their holiday at Lake Balaton. The only thing is, they don't have any concept that they're being watched by the Stasi as the spies in swimming trunks of the Balaton Brigade are watching out for East Germans attempting to flee to the West, with the holiday resort as a starting point. Catrin is quick to create friends out of Mühlhausen, whose overtures certainly target to get more than friendship at the notably Rudi. Where tourists are permitted to stay Maja is attracted to the glamour of the Balaton-Residenz luxury hotel that was elegant. Fate directs them not but in addition to Tamás, the hotel boss that is Hungarian. Catrin falls for the Hungarian, however, Maja may be the someone to sneak a kiss from him projecting a shadow on the sisters' close relationship. And the following disaster comes together, as their mother Kirsten has every cause to believe that her brothers' day at Hungary can wreak havoc after an ominous call from Hungary. She awakens her husband Karl drive after Catrin and Maja and to begin that the Trabant.
