S?ji is an ordinary high school student using an extraordinary passion for pig tails (or even"double tails"). 1 day a girl in another universe named Thouars appears in front of him. At the exact same time, creatures begin attacking town at which S?ji resides, announcing they will drain the planet's energy in the title of the Twintails.
