Fortysomething

Forty-something is just a 2003 British comedy-drama series, starring and directed by Hugh Laurie as Paul Slippery, a doctor confronting a crisis. His spouse Estelle is currently starting a new career as a head hunter. His three sons, Rory, students at the false University of Reigate, both Daniel and Edwin, are sex-obsessed. Meanwhile, Paul appears to know others' inner minds. Other important characters contain Paul's colleague and nemesis, Dr. Ronnie Pilfrey, and Estelle's new employer, Gwendolen Hartley. Nigel Williams wrote the show. The six episodes of this show were aired on ITV. Contributing to it being moved into an abysmal time slot midway throughout the run, the appearance of celebrities that went on to greater popularity has then led the show, Even though a ratings collapse on original broadcast.
