Dr. Slump

Dr. Slump is actually a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Akira Toriyama. It had been serialized in Shueisha's anthology magazine Weekly Sh?nen Bound from 1980 to 1984, with all the figures gathered into 18 tank?bon volumes. The show follows her founder Senbei Norimaki, the humorous adventures of the young girl robot Arale Norimaki, and also one occupants of the eccentric Penguin Village. The manga was adapted into an anime tv show by Toei Animation that ran from 1981 to 1986 composed of events on Fuji TV. After the manga ended, consisting of 74 episodes that it had been broadcast from 1997 to 23, A movie show was created thirteen years. The show has also spawned lots of films, video games, video games and novels. Dr. Slump established Toriyama's career, had been granted the Shogakukan Manga Award for sh?nen along with sh?jo manga at 1981 and has sold 35 million copies in Japan. It was released in the United States by Viz Media by 2004 to 2009. In the united states, Discotek Media licensed the five films to release in 2013.
