Dash Kappei

The hero of this story is Kappei Sakamoto, also a high school student with excellent abilities who quickly becomes among the most skillful players and joins the basketball team of Seirin High School. Kappei has just one handicap for a basketball player - his stature. He stands perhaps not really one meter tall. His Achilles' heel is female under garments.
