Dalziel and Pascoe

British crime drama on the basis of the"Dalziel and Pascoe" series of novels by Reginald Hill, set in the fictional Yorkshire town of Wetherton. The improbable duo of incorrect elephant-in-a-china-shop-copper Detective Superintendent Andrew Dalziel (pronounced Dee-ell) along with his sensitive and university educated side kick Detective Sargent, later Detective Inspector, Peter Pascoe is on hand to solve the classic murder mystery, while maintaining a down to earth wit and humour.
