A senior high school student at the Private Suimei Academy takumi Nishijou, one afternoon hears in regards to the'Brand New Gen' murders that have been occurring across the metropolis. Takumi begins to experience strange accidents around him from a dreadful film he received while on his own PC, to a girl position in a murder scene since it does not demand him, although dismissing the subject. From there on Takumi struggles to manage the events and is oblivious of that which is real or a delusion. As his fate opens before him, the perpetrator behind the'newgen' events attempts to get himleading him to a world.
