A Little Princess Sara

Princess Sarah is a 1985 anime Show produced by Nippon Animation and Aniplex, based on '' A Little Princess, Frances Hodgson Burnett's Book. Crossing 46 episodes, also it originally premiered on Fuji Television whilst the 11th series of the famous World Masterpiece Theater staple of Nippon Animation around Japan in 1985. It was also later aired across Japan by the arcade television system, Animax, that also later broadcast the series across its networks worldwide, including its English language networks in south east Asia and South Asia, dubbing and translating the string into English under the name Princess Sarah. The adaptation of animax was that the series' just English translation, and also the series has not yet been commercially released in the United States. The series is also selected as among the best 100 Japanese anime series of them all by viewers of TV Asahi. It was aired in numerous countries worldwide and translated into several languages, including German, Italian, French, Arabic, Filipino and Spanish. In the Philippines, it was a runaway success, actually spawning a film and a television series, and was aired by ABS-CBN in early 1990s. With variant where the principal character name is Sally alternatively of Sara, it turned into the anime based on a publication version in the 90s From the region.
