In a tiny mountain village lives a man with a challenging name, Giuseppe Garibaldi (one of Italy's"fathers of the fatherland"), but all call him with all the nick name Peppino. Love fishing, friends, the library where he works as a unworthy employee's company. He's an optimistic person when his son accuse him of being a wannabe. 1 day, due to a jumble of politicians, yet another remarkable thing happens: Peppino is chosen President of the Italian Republic. Pulled out from his life, would be to play a job for which he knows he is always unsuitable, but his common sense and his own instinctive twists are effective, but for the etiquette, for which he is in some big trouble. The stiff and intriguing Deputy Secretary General of the Presidency of the Republic,'' Janis Clementi, is anxious for no avail in an attempt to govern the unpredictable action of the President...
