Sword of the Beast

Famous swordplay film maker Hideo Gosha's Sword of the Beast chronicles the flight of the non invasive swordsman Gennosuke, who kills one of the own ministers included in a reform storyline. His former comrades turn on him, and also this betrayal shakes his feeling of honour he decides to call home in the wild, like a monster. There he joins up with a band who are mining the shogun's gold, also, with the help of another swordsman, receives the opportunity not at survival but to recover honour and his name.
