Neruda

It's 1948 and the Cold War has arrived in Chile. From the Congress, dominant Communist Senator and popular poet Pablo Neruda accuses the government of betraying the Party and can be stripped of his parliamentary resistance by President González Videla. The Chief of Investigative Police educates inspector Óscar Peluchonneau to detain the poet. They must go, although neruda tries to flee from the country along together with his wife, the painter Delia del Carril.
