At the future, the Smart Brain Corporation rules the world, using 90% of the populace being Orphnoch, and the dominant human race is currently nearing extinction. Kamen Rider Faiz, takumi Inui, was regarded as the savior of mankind until, in an attack by Smart Brain soldiers , he was presumed dead. Ever since that time, human rebel groups have staged attacks on the complex in an effort to steal the top secret Emperor Belts of Smart Brain , without the success. Kiba Yuji, Naoya Kaid? and Yuka Osada attempt to relieve tensions involving both races however their serenity assembly is interrupted by Smart Brain troops and their latest warrior, Kamen Rider Psyga. Takumi, presuming himself that a cobbler named Takeshi, regains his memory and becomes Kamen Rider Faiz again to repay things with Smart Brain and for all.
