Dragon Ball: Plan to Eradicate the Super Saiyans

Dr. Raichi is one of the only survivors of this Tuffles, a race which once lived on Planet Plant before the arrival of the Saiyans. The whole Tuffle race was massacred by the Saiyans, but also stole their technology and defeated our entire world, renaming it Planet Vegeta with regard to their king. Raichi found refuge on the Dark Planet, a world at the close of the universe and managed to escape a capsule. His only wish is to eradicate the final Saiyans.
