Most of us have apartment horror stories roommates, landlords that are asshole, dilapidated buildings, among many more nightmare scenarios. The look for a wonderful spot to live in a desired location with reasonable rents, adequate acquaintances and sound proof walls is much more of a challenge than it needs to be, therefore when Sarah lucks to a candy loaf at Asilo Del Mar Apartments, she think she's hit the jack pot. It's got plenty of renters that were friendly, distance, group BBQs plus a cute gal next door. But this being L.A., all isn't what it seems: loud sounds begin keeping her awake through the night. Her cat is missing. Everybody else seems to be always a Lester. Sarah finds she did not choose this apartment -- she was chosen by it.
