My Kids is an American television soap opera which aired on ABC from January 5, 1970, for 41 decades also around the web Network since April 29, 2013 via I tunes, Hulu Plus, and Hulu. My Kids is put in Pine Valley, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Philadelphia which is modeled on the Philadelphia suburb of Rosemont. The first show featured Susan Lucci as Erica Kane, one of the most popular characters of daytime. The name of the show means humanity's bonds. My Kids was the primary system daytime play to introduction in the 1970s. Originally possessed by Creative Horizons, Inc., the company created by Nixon and her partner, Bob, the show was sold to ABC in January 1975. The show started at a halfhour in span , then was enlarged to a full hour on April 25, 1977. The show had experimented with the format for one week starting on June 30, 1975, after which it Ryan's Hope premiered. My Children was listed at 101 West 67th St, today a 50-story apartment tower at ABC's TV18. From March 1990 to December 2009, it was shot at the television studio TV23 of ABC at 320 West 66th Street New York, in Manhattan, Nyc. The area for taping the show moved from the New York City that was costly to California. The show was subsequently produced at the Andrita Studios in Stages 1 and two in Los Angeles, California, and is currently produced at the Connecticut Film Center in Stamford, Connecticut. My Kids started taping in high definition on January 4, 2010 and began airing in hd on February 3, 2010. My Kids became the third soap opera to be produced and broadcast in hd.
